Hitched up just outside of La Reina, our casual food truck offers travel-friendly food for traveled, friendly people. Take your food to-go or sit down and stay awhile as you enjoy your meal in our courtyard or lobby.
Breakfast menu highlights include made-to-order hearty breakfast tacos; yogurt + granola bowl; a selection of pastries; specialty coffee from local roaster, Iconik; and cold-pressed juices from Verde Juice.
The outpost’s name is a nod to the historical Turquoise Trail, a 65-mile trail that connects Santa Fe to Albuquerque and runs to the top of the Sandia Crest.
Turquoise Trailer is proud to be partnered with local nonprofit Reunity Resources. With their help, we are doing our part to reduce landfill and methane gas emissions by composting our food waste.
