Zivi's songwriting and voice are melancholic and nostalgic without being sappy. Hints of country western meets surf rock guitar and lazy afternoon rhythms fill out his sound. In June 2021, Zivi recorded his latest single, "Midnight Train", at The Market Recording in Echo Park with Pete Recine & Kyle Biane. He is currently in the studio working on a full length to be released next year.
