Micah Hulscher & Jerry Weimer

Micah Hulscher has been playing piano and keyboards his whole life and professionally since 1998. He moved to Nashville in 2010, spending fourteen years there where he performed and recorded with many artists. His touring stints included Wanda Jackson, Emmylou Harris, the cast of ABC’s “Nashville” and nine years with Margo Price. His recording work includes appearances on recordings by The Alabama Shakes, Margo Price and Jim Lauderdale along with working under producers such as T. Bone Burnett and Jonathan Wilson. His Nashville based soul-jazz trio, Greasy Neale, performed frequently and released their album “Snow Day”, produced by Brendan Benson, in 2022. Micah recently moved to Santa Fe and is excited to be a part of the dynamic music and arts scene here!

Composer/clarinetist Jerry Weimer has been performing in Santa Fe since 2001. Known for his unique sound, stylistic versatility, and compelling improvisation, Jerry is a regular presence in the music scene around Northern New Mexico. Recent performances include Amane (Joe Hay), Silent Cry of a Heron (Marty Regan), Words in the Wind (Melanie Monsour), Discovering the Music of Paintings (Oliver Prezant), I Pagliacci/Cavalleria Rusticana (Opera West), Music from the Deserts (Chris Jonas), Ghostlight Sessions (Lensic), The Charlie Christian Project (Outpost ABQ), and Zozobra.

All ages are welcome, 21+ to enjoy beverages at the bar. Tickets are not required. This event is free and open to the public; however, tips to the band are always welcome and appreciated!
